• Six-second increments after the first minute, rounded to the nearest tenth of a cent.

Is FAXAGE HIPAA Compliant?

Yes — FAXAGE can be used in a HIPAA-compliant way, and it does not charge extra for it. Three things back that up, all verifiable on FAXAGE's own site:

1. A BAA is available at no cost. FAXAGE will sign a Business Associate Agreement; you request it by emailing support@faxage.com. Without a signed BAA, no fax service is HIPAA compliant — a Business Associate Agreement is a legal requirement under the HIPAA Privacy Rule, not a vendor upsell.
2. Security is standard, not premium.
